What happens if you change my rent or service charge?

You pay rent or a service charge, we'll usually give you at least four weeks’ notice in writing telling you when we're going to change it.

If you're a tenant and aren't happy with the rent we charge, you can appeal against it. Contact us to find out how you can do this.
