How do I report a problem with my new home?

All newly-built homes include a defect period which lasts between 12 and 24 months after legal completion. A defect is a fault in your home that occurs due to incorrect installation or failure of the materials in your home.

We're devoted to providing all our customers with homes that are built to the highest standards and the very best in customer service. If you do notice a defect during the defects period, please report it to us so we can put it right.

To report a defect, please email or call us on 0800 783 2159 (select option 3). We're open Monday to Friday, 9am- 5pm.
