How do I make a complaint?

If you're an A2Dominion customer, you can send in your complaint via My Account.

If you're not an A2Dominion customer or you are not registered for My Account, you can send in your complaint online or by calling us on 0800 432 0077.

You can also submit your complaint in writing by writing to us at Complaints & Resolution Service, A2Dominion Group, 113 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 5TL.

If you prefer to submit your complaint in person, please visit one of our main or local offices during office hours.
