Your tenancy agreement is a legal contract that sets out your rights and responsibilities as a tenant, and our responsibilities as your landlord. This information may vary depending on the agreement you have with us.
Please read our guide to your tenancy leaflet for more information, including the different types of tenancy we use, our commitments to you, what to do if your circumstances change, and more.
It is important that you read your tenancy agreement carefully and understand it. If you break any of the conditions of your agreement, we may take legal action against you. This could cost you money and may lead to you losing your home.
Please contact us if you do not understand something in your tenancy agreement, or if you think another of our customers may be breaking their tenancy agreement.
If you would like to add another person onto your tenancy agreement, please download and complete our Joint Tenancy request form.
