A2Dominion worked in partnership with BluTek to create BluBrik, a new, fully integrated development management system designed specifically for RSLs.

The system allows project managers to control the whole development process through a single streamlined program, from feasibility and approval through to cash flow, handover and management.

BluBrik also eliminates the need to send hard copy documents across different departments, cutting administration costs.

A2Dominion’s Development Director (Programme & Quality), Doreen Wright said: “We’ve developed a program that helps us manage complex development projects through a simple online system.

“As a result, we spend much less time on administration, while being able to easily share information with other departments. BluBrik also ensures our forecasts and record-keeping are more accurate.”
