Tell us how we are doing
During the summer, we are carrying out a telephone satisfaction survey to around 500 homes.
You will be asked to give us your opinions about a range of our service areas, such as communications, repairs, and the service you receive from your Leasehold Property Manager.
Consultation on suppliers for leasehold services
We regularly review our utility suppliers to ensure that we can offer our residents the best possible value and service. Before we contract any new suppliers, including those for electricity and gas, we have an obligation to consult with our residents.
