Tenants and Residents Organisations of England (opens in new window) InSTEP - Information services for tenants (opens in new window)We believe that you, our residents, are best placed to help shape our services and tell us how we can improve.
There are lots of ways you can get involved at a level that suits you. If you have any spare time, even an hour here and there, you can help us shape our services. This can be as simple as filling in a survey, becoming a mystery shopper, or representing residents on our Boards of Management.
Getting involved is easy. Take a look at options below and choose the one that works best for you.
Group-wide opportunities - find out how you can influence decisions at the highest level
Service improvement - help us improve the servies that matter to you
Local opportunities - improve the services that affect your local community
Monitoring services - if you know good service when you see it, these groups could be for you
You can also find out what is happening where you live by using our events calendar.
We also run lots of community development projects encouraging residents to get involved in their local communities and learn new skills. Visit our supporting communities section to find out more.
If you want to find out more about any of our groups, please contact our Community Involvement Team.
