Training & employment

We run a number of partnership programmes that provide training and employment opportunities to our residents.
We help residents to access services as well as offering direct support to enable them to build the skills and experience they need to either gain work opportunities or to sustain the employment they are in.
Simon House
The 51-bed homelessness hostel in Oxford aims to help residents address their problems, gain relevant skills and training and ultimately move on to permanent, independent accommodation.
