Resident involvementWe believe that our residents are best placed to help share our services and tell us how we can improve.
To do this we have a formal resident involvement structure, offering a range of ways to get involved ranging from filling out surveys on our services to representing residents on our Board of management.
We also have opportunities for residents to become mystery shoppers, resident inspectors including void and estate inspectors. There are various service improvement groups which include:
- Anti-social behaviour
- Customer services
- Estates
- Income
- Leasehold services
- Property services
- Supported Housing
In addition we have Young Persons’, Disabled Peoples', Older Peoples' and Diversity Forums which help ensure our policies and practices are tailored to the particular needs our of diverse residents.
