Resident involvement
We believe that our residents are best placed to help share our services and tell us how we can improve.
To do this we have a formal resident involvement structure, offering a range of ways to get involved ranging from filling out surveys on our services to representing residents on our Boards of management.
We also have opportunities for residents to become mystery shoppers, resident inspectors including void and estate inspectors. There are various service improvement groups which include:
- Anti-social behaviour
- Customer services
- Estates
- Income
- Leasehold services
- Property services
- Young people’s group – who consult on policies and procedures for Care & Support and undergo relevant training.
