Services
Sheltered Housing and Extra Care manages accommodation-based and floating support services for older people in a variety of different settings.
Supported Housing manages accommodation-based and floating support services to a wide range of service user groups in a variety of different settings.
Agency and Partnerships works with specialist providers who give support to our tenants, as well as with managing agents who look after housing stock on our behalf. We ensures that services provided by our managing agents meet regulatory requirements.
Funding
Care & Support’s income comes from traditional sources such as rents, service charges and agency fees.
But it also includes a significant amount of public funding in the form of Supporting People Grant, Community Care Grant and other funding streams such as the Community Safety Partnership, health grants and Complex Needs funding.
