The properties are leased to A2Dominion for a term of three years.
We provide a management service to landlords which includes guaranteeing the rent payment, letting the properties, carrying out minor repairs and delivering vacant possession at lease end.
The team currently manages homes in the following areas:
- Bromley
- Ealing
- Hammersmith & Fulham
- Harrow
- Westminster
