Help us make the services we offer you better by taking part in our survey and telling us about yourself. If you do this, you could win £50...

To help us gain a better understanding of your needs, we have to collect household and income data for all our residents. This information will allow us to:

• tailor our services to meet your needs
• help us understand if you are overcrowding or under occupying your home
• provide re-housing advice, and
• signpost you to any benefits you can claim.

The information you give us will also allow us to help you manage your money when the government changes the way it pays you your benefits to one single payment.

You can take part in the survey and be in with a chance of winning £50 by:

• downloading the form below, filling it in and sending it to us at Customer Services Centre, A2Dominion Group, Sinclair House, The Avenue, Ealing, London, W13 8AG
• filling out and returning a survey if we send you one by post
• completing a survey by phone with a member of our Customer Services Team on 0800 432 0077, or by
• completing a survey with your Housing Officer.

Please note: We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office to hold this information, which means we are legally bound to treat all information responsibly. This means we will not forward your information to other companies.
