The suggestion scheme has been created to give you the opportunity to make suggestions or comments about the services we provide.
So who can make a suggestion?
The answer is - everyone who is connected to us including:
- Our customers - residents and other people living in our homes
- Our partners - organisations, local authorities and related companies who partner us in our day to day activities
- Our staff - whose opinions and thoughts are vital to the successful future in which way we deliver our range of services
What do we want to hear from you?
We want to hear of any suggestions that would have a positive impact on the way we provide housing or our services in the future. This includes your thoughts on how we are performing and any suggestions as to how this could be improved. It is important for us to hear the views of others, particularly those that are in receipt of the services we provide.

What will we do with the suggestions?
All suggestions received will be monitored by the Customer Experience Team and regularly reported to senior staff at A2Dominion. You can make anonymous suggestions, but if you would like a response, please provide your name and postal or email address.
How will we tell you about your suggestions?
We will report back regularly on the feedback received and what we have changed as a result. This will be published in the following places:
- Newsletters and other publications
- At our offices
- On our website
