Andrew Boyes

Group Director of IT
Andrew has more than 24 years’ experience in IT working across a broad range of business sectors, including housing, insurance, retail and distribution. Prior to his current role, Andrew held three other IT Director roles, including with insurance firms Castle Cover Ltd and RIAS Plc. Andrew is a Financial Services Authority Approved Person.

Ellie Broughton

Director of Business Performance
Ellie has over 20 years’ experience in the public, voluntary and commercial sectors. Ellie has been with the organisation since 2006, originally with A2 Housing Group, and combines the role with her own freelance management business. Ellie is a member of SOLACE, the Chartered Management Institute and the Chartered Institute of Housing.

Barbara Harrington

Group Projects Director
Barbara has worked in the housing sector for over 30 years and has a wide range of experience in supported housing, housing management and business improvement. Prior to the formation of A2Dominion, she held director-level positions at a number of housing associations, including Dominion, Black Country and Sanctuary. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

Kerry Tromanhauser

Head of Governance
Kerry has worked in governance for eight years, and has more than five years’ experience in the social housing sector. He joined A2Dominon from Sovereign Housing Group where he was Group Company Secretary. He has also worked for the Canadian Government in the areas of insolvency and taxation. Kerry, who has two degrees – one in Law and another in English and French Literature, is a member of the Royal Naval Reserves.

Jenny Walsh

Director of HR
Jenny has over 15 years’ experience in HR and has worked across a range of industries, including IT, publishing, telecommunications and social housing. Prior to the formation of the A2Dominion Group, she was Dominion’s Group Director of HR. Jenny is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Claire Watts

Director of Communications
Claire has worked in public relations and marketing for over 10 years and has spent the last nine years working in this field, specifically, within the housing sector. Prior to the formation of the A2Dominion Group, she was A2 Housing Group’s Director of Communications.

Claire is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.

Steve Coggins

Development Director (South East)

Steve has over 20 years’ experience in housing and in the local government sector. Prior to the formation of the A2Dominion Group, he was Development Director for the A2 Housing Group. Steve, who also worked for the Royal Borough of Kingston-upon-Thames and Airways Housing Group, is an affiliated member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

Danny Lynch

Development Director (London)
Danny has almost 20 years’ experience in property development. In his current role, he is responsible for identifying development opportunities within the region and delivering the projects within time and budget frameworks. Danny is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

David Price

Development Regeneration Director

David has over 16 years’ experience is housing and local authority planning. Prior to the formation of the A2Dominion Group, he was a Development Director for the A2 Housing Group. He is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.

Tariq Qureshi

Sales and Marketing Director
Tariq has 17 years’ experience working in property development and sales, with his career spanning both the private and not-for-profit sectors. He previously worked at Thames Valley Housing before joining Dominion Housing Group in 2005 as Sales Manager. When Dominion merged with A2 Housing Group, he became A2Dominion’s Deputy Director of Home Ownership. Tariq took on his current role as the Group’s Director of Sales and Marketing (London) in 2009.

Gerry Walker

Development Director (South East)
Gerry’s experience focuses on the housing and property sectors. A key component of his role is the management of land acquisition for affordable housing. He also ensures A2Dominion consistently delivers both high-quality new and refurbished homes for residents. Before the A2Dominion Group was formed, he was Dominion Housing Group’s Assistant Director of Development.

Doreen Wright

Development Director (Performance & Quality)

Doreen has over 20 years’ experience in the housing sector. She is responsible for the management and delivery of the Group’s development programme, ensuring the necessary resources are in place to guarantee the Development Team continues to produce a high volume of quality housing.

Anne Waterhouse

Deputy Group Director of Finance
Anne has 12 years’ financial experience, in addition to comprehensive knowledge of the housing sector. Her role as Deputy Group Finance Director encompasses the management of financial services, as well as the provision of financial leadership across A2Dominion. Anne is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Fiona Cornell

Deputy Executive Director (Operations)
Fiona has over 24 years’ experience in the housing and regeneration sectors, and is responsible for all housing operations across the Group. This includes housing management services, commercial operations, customer services and community involvement. Fiona, who also oversees the operational delivery of management contracts, is a member of the Institute of Project Managers, the Chartered Institute of Housing and Ashridge Business School alumni.

David Lingeman

Director of Property Services
David brings substantial property knowledge to the organisation, and he is responsible for improving and maintaining a responsive and efficient repair service for residents. Prior to the formation of the A2Dominion Group, he was Dominion Housing Group’s Director of Property Services for several years, having previously worked for Notting Hill Housing in a variety of roles.

Steve Michaux

Director of Leasehold Services
Steve has worked for over 25 years in housing management , spending 10 years as a freelance consultant. He has worked in both frontline and senior roles. Prior to the formation of the A2Dominion Group, he was Dominion Housing Group’s Group Director of Leasehold Services.

Pam Vasir

Director of Supported Housing
Pam has worked for housing associations for over 20 years. Prior to the formation of the A2Dominion Group, she held a number of senior roles at A2 Housing Group, the most recent being Head of Housing (Care & Support). Pam is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
