How to apply
Register your interest online
Use the property search to request further information on a property or to add properties to your shortlist.
If you are interested in a property, simply select the 'Request more information button' and complete the online form.
We will then contact you to discuss the property you're interested in.
Applying for properties in London
To qualify your eligibility for any shared ownership property you will need to register with the following agencies:
1.For properties within all London boroughs, please register with Homematch and they will allocate you a reference number. Once you have your reference number you can apply for the shared ownership properties.
2.In order to view all London properties you will need to register with First Steps - Share to Buy website.This is the government funded portal which will allow you to view current properties available within your area. You will need to apply to the Registered Provider offering the propertires for sale directly on this portal. There is no on-line application form currently available on this website.

If you are looking to purchase a property outside of London you will need to register with your local HomeBuy agent. Click here for details of your local Homebuy agent.
