My Account downtime - 23 - 25 April 2014

You will not be able to register or log in to the My Account service from 9am on Wednesday 23 April until 12 noon on Friday 25 April while we make essential updates.

Normal service will resume on Friday 25 April and you will be able to access My Account 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you have any queries about how this may impact you then please contact the Customer Services Centre.


My Account gives you secure access to your account online, anytime.


In My Account, you can:

  • Check your balance
  • See your statement, including recent transactions
  • View repairs reported for your home, garage and block
  • Find out who your housing officer is
  • Update your contact details
  • View all your A2Dominion accounts in one place

Most A2Dominion residents are able to register for My Account.

However, My Account is not yet available for residents living at one of the following:

  • Arthur Sanctuary House, Oxford
  • Ashford Hospital, Ashford
  • Bellerby Court, Guildford
  • Churchill Hospital, Oxford
  • East Surrey Hospital, Redhill
  • Horton Hospital, Banbury
  • Ivy Lane, Oxford
  • Royal Surrey County Hospital, Guildford
