Beethoven Centre

The Beethoven Centre in Queen's Park, Westminster delivers a wide-ranging programme of regular and free/affordable activities and events for the community.

As well as being a modern facility available for hire, the offices are host to some key organisations, working together to make a positive difference to the lives of local people.

Room hire

The Beethoven Centre's spacious, modern main hall and conference room are available for hire to community groups and residents at affordable rates. The main hall is available for large functions, some private parties, weekly activities and public meetings.

Equipment hire

You can also hire equipment from the Beethoven Centre including PA equipment, TV, sound systems and a multimedia projector and screen.

Crèche

The Queen's Park Crèche is available for groups to book to provide an on-site crèche facility alongside any events, training or activities taking place in the centre.

Stanwell Rose Community Centre

Stanwell Rose Community Centre is located next to Chestnut Court extra-care housing scheme, and has been developed as part of the Stanwell New Start regeneration programme. The centre has a range of activities on offer and is an ideal venue for parties, large meetings and conferences.

Room hire

The hall can be hired seven days a week between 8.30am and 9pm:

  • Large meeting room (up to 60 people)
  • Small meeting room (up to 40 people)
  • Hall without dividers (up to 100 people)

The rooms are available at affordable prices. A deposit may be required.

Repeat bookings (more than 10 per year) will be eligible to claim a 10% discount when booking the centre from any of the following:

  • charities
  • businesses
  • statutory bodies

Facilities

  • Toilets and kitchen facilities
  • Equipment on site to hire including a PA system, sound system, multimedia projector and screen
  • Store cupboards can be hired from the centre at a monthly rate, subject to a minimum three month rental, payable in advance.

Havelock Centre

The Havelock Centre is an A2Dominion owned community centre based on the Toplocks estate in Southall in Middlesex. The centre offers a range of services and activities for the local community.

Facilities at the Havelock Centre

Current activities based at the centre include:

  • The Waterside Pre-school which offers day care for one to five year olds
  • A mother and toddler group
  • An afterschool club run three days a week by the West London YMCA
  • A ‘Positive Futures’ health programme run by Brentford Football Club once a week

The centre has two rooms available for private functions and community events. The large hall can accommodate up to 100 people. A smaller room is available for meetings.

Hire rates for the local community are competitive and further discounts are offered to A2Dominion residents.

Swanfield Park

Swanfield Park Community Centre serves the local community in East Chichester and has a range of rooms and facilities available for hire. To request a room, please complete and send to us the Swanfield Centre booking form.

Facilities at Swanfield Park

Main hall

The main hall is approximately 17 x 8.5 meters and is suitable for badminton, fitness and dance classes, larger meetings and social groups. Please note, there are no changing or shower facilities available.

Adjoining the hall is a fenced garden with paved area. The hall is also equipped with a kitchen.

This hall is available from £16 per hour. Deposits required for parties.

Small meeting room

This room is available for up to 20 people. It is equipped with a kitchenette area, toilets and a fenced garden area.

The meeting room is available from £10 per hour.

IT suite

This training room is equipped with six computers and work stations, all with internet access.

This room is available from £4 per person per hour for groups of 4 or less or £16.00 per hour for groups of up to 6 persons. Paper and printing facilities are included.

The Honeywell Centre

The Honeywell Centre is an A2Dominion-owned community centre based in West Drayton.

Evening rate (6.30pm to 9.00pm) - £15.00p/h

Saturday & Sunday
Rate (9.00am to 7.00pm on Sundays ) - £20.00p/h

Godstow Court

Godstow Court is one of our main offices in Oxford.

A room is available at this office for our residents to use if they are involved in running or setting up a residents group, association or community event. This room is equipped with a PC and any stationery you may need for supporting your community activity.
