Moving & buying your home
As an A2Dominion resident you may be able to move home by exchanging with another resident or transferring to another property.
Click on the tabs below to learn about the exchange scheme Homeswapper, the transfer scheme HomeKey, and buying a home with A2Dominion.
We support and encourage residents who want to exchange their homes with other residents. You can do this by using the national HomeSwapper service.
You need our permission first, so please contact us before registering.
A transfer is when you move to another of our homes because the one you are in is no longer suitable. This could be because your home is too large or too small for your family, or is not suitable due to medical reasons.
We have launched our own choice-based lettings scheme called HomeKey. This new scheme will let us keep some of our empty homes and only current A2Dominion residents who are registered with the scheme will be able to bid for them.
You can buy your home if you have the 'Right to Buy', the 'Preserved Right to Buy' or the 'Right to Acquire'.
If you are a shared owner, you will own a percentage of your home and pay rent to us on the part you do not own. Staircasing allows you to buy more shares in your home, resulting in you owning a larger percentage of the property.
We specialise in providing HomeBuy (shared ownership) properties and have homes throughout London and the South East. For more information visit the A2Dominion New Homes website.
