How to report a repair


You can report your repair using our online Repair Reporting Service.

You can easily report your repair using our online reporting tool or call our Customer Services Centre on 0800 432 0077 (from your landline) or 020 8825 1999 (from your mobile).

To report a repair for a shared or communal area, or a repair to your hot water/heating system, please find the relevant number for your accommodation.

As a resident living in our student rented accommodation, we are responsible for most of the repairs to your home.

However, we are not responsible for any repairs that have been caused by malicious or non-accidental damage, although you can pay us to make these repairs. We call these 'rechargeable repairs'.

Reporting a repair

Report your repair by calling, writing to or visiting your student accommodation office. Please do not use the online form to report emergency repairs.
