As a homeowner, you are responsible for most of the repairs and maintenance to your home. Please refer to your lease for information on your responsibilities. For a full list of our responsibilities, please download our leaflet. If the repair is our responsibility, please contact us using the information below.

Report a repair

You can report your repair using our online reporting tool, or by calling our Customer Services Centre on 0800 432 0077 (from your landline) or 020 8825 1999 (from your mobile). Our Customer Services Centre is open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.

You can also report a repair by visiting us at our offices, or writing to us.

Emergency repairs

If you need to report an emergency repair, please don't use the online form.

To report a repair for a shared or communal area, or a repair to your hot water/heating system, please find the relevant number for your accommodation.

Emergency repairs

If you need to report an emergency repair, please don't use the online form.

As a resident living in our student rented accommodation, we are responsible for most of the repairs to your home.

However, we are not responsible for any repairs that have been caused by malicious or non-accidental damage, although you can pay us to make these repairs. We call these 'rechargeable repairs'.

Reporting a repair

Report your repair by calling, writing to or visiting your student accommodation office. Please do not use the online form to report emergency repairs.
