Working with our partners

Care and support has established excellent working relationships with Local authorities, specialist providers and sub-contractors.

Local authorities

We work in partnership with a number of local authorities throughout London and the South East in the delivery services:

Working with agencies

We also work with managing agents that complement our directly managed services. These are separate organisations that have a contract with us to provide support and housing management to vulnerable tenants. Managing agents enable commissioners to retain quality local provision, while benefiting from the expertise, regional spread and access funding that A2Dominion can offer.

We meet with our agency partners regularly to monitor services and ensure that agreements are adhered to. We also run a six-monthly agency forum in order to provide updates about policies and procedures, and to share good practice ideas with each other.

Ensuring the quality of our services
  • A2Dominion care services are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
  • A2Dominion care and support services have been awarded ‘A to C’ grades following Supporting People Quality Assessment Framework (QAF) assessments.
  • We are accredited by Exor Management Services
  • The Capgemini tool estimated that Supporting People services save £2.11 for every £1 that is spent. Based on this tool, A2Dominion care and support services offer savings of approximately £3.6 million each year to local authorities across London and the South East of England.
  • The care and support department has a dedicated quality and performance team who are responsible for implementing quality initiatives, robust policies and procedures and improvement in services.
