We have dedicated Facebook groups for some of our student accommodation. Click on the links below to access the group where you live:

We manage the following schemes for students:
- Bristol University - Deans Court and Woodland Court
- Oxford Brookes University - 113 Cowley Road, Champneys Court and Edna Rose Court, and Sinnet Court
- University of Surrey - Bellerby Court
- Wiltshire College - St. Mary's House
We have partnership agreements with each of these educational institutions to provide accommodation for their students.
Student accommodation applications are handled by the universities’ accommodation offices. Once your application is accepted, we will then deal with all correspondence and housing management issues at these schemes.
We are committed to providing accommodation that meets the individual needs of different people. If you have a specific accommodation requirement, please contact your university accommodation office for advice and information.
Accommodation management teams
Most of our schemes have an onsite office which you can visit if you have any accommodation issues you would like to discuss. Our staff are here to give you advice and information, and make sure your accommodation is well managed and maintained.

Warden services
When our offices are closed and during public holidays, the site is managed by our duty wardens. The wardens are there to help you if there is an out-of-hours emergency, and to help the management office at the start and end of each term. Wardens will:
- meet new and returning students, give you your keys, and direct you to your room at the start of each term
- deal with noise and antisocial behaviour
- respond to emergencies
- report damage and items needing repairs
- help you get into the building if you have lost your key, need a replacement key or are locked out of your flat. (You may have to pay a charge for a replacement key.)
