What it means to have an A2Dominion tenancy

Once you are an A2Dominion tenant you will have certain rights and responsibilities. Some of these will be set by the law and others will be agreed by A2Dominion and set out in your tenancy agreement.

It is important to remember that you will have responsibilities as well as rights. For example, you must keep to the rules in your tenancy agreement, you must pay your rent, you must be a good neighbour and respect other tenants' rights to live in peace and quiet.

We will provide you with a copy of your tenancy agreement when you move into your home.

If you do not understand anything in the tenancy agreement we can arrange to talk you through it. We can also provide it in other languages or formats.
