A2Dominion New Homes

A2Dominion New Homes is the brand used by the A2Dominion Group for marketing all new homes, both for private sale and shared ownership sale.

It was launched at the start of 2010 after A Plus New Homes, a private subsidiary of the Group, became integrated into the organisation.

A Plus New Homes had previously constructed and sold the private sale homes, while A2Dominion has sold and managed mainly shared ownership properties.

The creation of A2Dominion New Homes signalled the Group’s move to bring more homes to the market than ever before, some of which it started to build, procure and produce itself.

It also reflects changes within the Group that has seen all its development, sales and regeneration activities be combined under a single commercial umbrella.

The new hybrid business model for the Group’s activities combines the efficiency of a housebuilder and the robustness of a Registered Social Landlord, and allows the Group to draw on the benefits of both.
