A2Dominion up for two RESI Awards for second year running
The A2Dominion Group has been named a finalist in two categories at the prestigious RESI Awards for the second successive year.
The Group has been shortlisted for Small Developer of the Year for 2016 and will also defend its title as Landlord of the Year (Registered Social), which it won at last year’s ceremony.
Now in its fifth year, the RESI Awards recognise companies that take an innovative approach to housing provision.
The 2016 award for Small Developer of the Year will be given to the company which has contributed to or developed schemes which regenerate or improve upon an area.
To retain the Landlord of the Year (Registered Social) award, A2Dominion will display how it has increased its portfolio size and value, and developed effective property management strategies to the benefit of its tenants.
A2Dominion will be up against Mount Anvil, Regal Homes, Pocket, Quinn Estates, HUB Residential and Crosslane Group for Small Developer of the Year.
Other finalists in the Landlord of the Year (Registered Social) category are Places for People, Get Living London, Fizzy Living, Grainger and Kexgill Group.
As a leading residential property group, A2Dominion builds hundreds of new homes each year to meet a wide range of customer needs.
With a unique approach to housebuilding, surpluses are generated for a social purpose with millions of pounds reinvested each year into the development of much-needed new homes.
Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on Wednesday 11 May 2016 at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.
