A2Dominion has scooped three major accolades for its housebuilding activities at top industry awards.

The Group was crowned Best Medium Housebuilder at the prestigious Housebuilder Awards, triumphing against tough competition from other major developers.

It also won Best Low or Zero Carbon Initiative for the initial phase of the UK’s first eco-town, Elmsbrook at NW Bicester, which is being marketed under the Group’s FABRICA brand.

Judges for the Housebuilder Awards commented: “London and south eastern housing provider A2Dominion has won the medium housebuilder accolade for its excellent work in the fields of low/zero carbon housing and regeneration.”

At the What House? Awards in front of an audience of over 1,700 industry professionals, the Group was named winner of the Housing Association of the Year Silver award.

“We were particularly impressed by the breadth of projects it is involved with, with schemes ranging from 18 homes in Winchester to 820 homes in Ealing.”

In the regional West London Business Awards, A2Dominion enjoyed further success winning Property & Construction Business of the Year and the Corporate Social Responsibility Award.

Darrell Mercer, A2Dominion Chief Executive , said: “We are pleased to have been presented with these top awards in recognition of our achievements over the past year.
