Planned work programme: what do our customers have to say?

We've been asking for customer feedback about our planned work programme over the past year.
Our planned work programme involves looking ahead and carefully considering which areas will need redecoration or improvement the most, and how we can do this in the most cost-effective way.

Each month, we survey customers to find out how happy they are with our planned work programme.

Between April 2016 and March 2017, we received 321 satisfaction surveys from customers for kitchen and bathroom planned maintenance projects. Of the 321 surveys we received from customers, 301 said they were 'very satisfied' and 20 said they were 'satisfied' with the results.
