Group-wide opportunities

By getting involved at a Group-wide level, you can help make decisions about how we are run.

The Customer Services Committee is your opportunity to influence our organisation by providing experience, scrutiny, expertise and insight to our Group Board on improving our frontline services. We promote CSC membership to all residents and recruit regularly in local centres and online.

There are nine people on the committee, made up of residents, board members and independent representatives from outside A2Dominion.

How much time does it take?

Working with other members to improve services, you will be required to:

  • attend a minimum of four meetings a year
  • prepare for meetings
  • attend an annual away day
  • attend an induction and training programme.

What's in it for me?

To recognise your involvement and contribution, we offer:

  • £4,000 annual payment*
  • a tailored skills development and training package
  • an opportunity to improve our services.

*if you receive benefit payments this may affect the amount you are entitled to claim.

Our boards of management steer and direct our activities. Members of the board are chosen to ensure a wide cross section of skills and experience within the housing sector. Membership includes the Chair of the Customer Services Committee, a current A2Dominion resident.
