Grosvenor Waterside Learning & Development Centre

The Learning & Development Centre is a community room located under Woods House on the Grosvenor Waterside development in Chelsea. The centre offers a wide range of activities at competitive rates. It is an ideal venue for meetings and training days if you’re involved in running or setting up a residents' group, association or community groups.

Room hire

The hall has capacity for up to 40 people can be hired seven days a week between 9am and 8pm. Charities, businesses and statutory bodies will be eligible to claim a 5% discount when booking the centre more than 10 times per year.
