Central & Financial Services
Director of Communications
Caroline has 15 years' experience in public relations. A trained journalist, she previously worked for the Dominion Housing Group and the Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial Fund. She is responsible for the Group’s corporate, customer and digital communications, as well as policy management and business planning. Caroline has a masters in business management and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
Director of Governance & Compliance
Zoë has worked in governance for over 10 years, and has more than five years’ experience in the social housing sector. Prior to joining A2Dominion as Group Company Secretary, Zoë worked in similar posts at the Work Foundation and the Shaftesbury Society. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
Penny St Martin
Director of Human Resources
Penny has 14 years’ experience in HR. Prior to joining A2Dominion, Penny held a number of senior roles at Transport for London, leading on organisational design and change for its transformation programme. Penny also previously worked for the Metropolitan Police in a variety of roles, including as Head of HR Planning & Performance. Penny is responsible for the Group’s HR and Learning & Development services. She has a Masters in Personnel and Development and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Change & IT
Group Director of IT
Andrew has worked in IT for over 30 years, and has held IT Director positions for Hallmark Cards, Express Dairies and Arla Foods. Over the last 10 years, he moved into consultancy and interim management, with positions at the CIO leadership table at easyJet, the Co-operative Group, DX Group, Npower and Police Mutual. He has a track record of successfully delivering major change programmes and raising the quality and stability of IT Services.
Group Director of Project Services
Gary has worked in and around the public sector delivering business change and transformation for the past 15 years. Prior to joining A2Dominion he held senior roles in Local Government, the Audit Commission, Capita Business Services and CGI. Gary is responsible for the implementation of the Group’s Fit for the Future programme which will achieve new ways of working enabled by technology.
Director of Land & Development
Danny has almost 30 years’ land and property purchasing experience. He has been with A2Dominion for 20 years prior to which he worked at Shepherds Bush Housing Association and the London Borough of Ealing. He is a general practice surveyor and member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) who specialises in development and land appraisal.
Director of Sales & Marketing
Rosie has over 10 years' experience in sales and marketing. Prior to joining A2Dominion, she held senior roles at The Berkeley Group (Berkeley First), UNITE Group, Crown Golf and Whitbread (David Lloyd). Rosie is responsible for the sales and marketing of private sale and shared ownership in London and the South East.
Director of Strategic Land, Planning & Projects
Simon has worked in the housebuilding industry for over 29 years. He has extensive experience of land acquisition, strategic development and brownfield regeneration and was A2Dominion's Executive Director (Commercial, South East) for over three years. Prior to joining A2Dominion, Simon was Strategic Land Director at Barton Willmore and held senior management roles at Hillreed, Bellway, Fairclough and Laing Homes. In 2016, Simon was asked by the Group Board to establish a new part of the business focusing on strategic land.
Director of Technical & Commercial
Steve is Director of Technical & Commercial. He has 20 years' experience of working for private sector residential housing developers. Prior to joining A2Dominion, Steve worked for Fairview Homes, Laing Homes and Telford Homes PLC. His role is to manage the technical and commercial departments and to ensure delivery of design information and responsibility for procurement and budget to complete each development.
Director of Business Support
Doreen has over 20 years’ experience in the housing sector. She is responsible for the management and delivery of the Group’s development programme, ensuring the necessary resources are in place to guarantee the Development Team continues to produce a high volume of quality housing.
Finance & Strategy
Assistant Director of Treasury Services
Jill Green has more than 20 years’ experience working in the housing finance sector. Prior to her current role, Jill was Head of Treasury Services at Dominion Housing Group and Capital & Treasury Accountant at Presentation Housing Association. Jill is an Associate Member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
Commercial Finance Director
Deirdre has over 15 years' experience providing financial services for a range of industries, including to the housing, retail, IT and oil and gas sectors. A chartered accountant, Deirdre was Group Financial Controller for data company Venture Information Ltd for four years prior to joining A2Dominion. She has also held senior roles at My FD Ltd, Irish Estates Plc and A2 Housing Group. Deirdre is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Director of Customer Experience
Gary has over 25 years' customer services experience within the financial and healthcare sectors. Prior to joining A2Dominion, Gary was Head of Customer Services and Head of Operational Planning at Bupa (Global and UK). In his current role, Gary is responsible for the development and delivery of the Group's Customer Experience and Services Strategy.
Assistant Director of Customer Experience (Planning & Performance)
Ellie has over 30 years’ experience in the public, voluntary and commercial sectors. Ellie has been with the organisation since 2006, originally with A2 Housing Group, and is a member of the Chartered Management Institute and the Chartered Institute of Housing.
Director of Property Services
David brings substantial property knowledge to the organisation, and he is responsible for improving and maintaining a responsive and efficient repair service for residents. He was Dominion Housing Group’s Director of Property Services for several years, having previously worked for Notting Hill Housing in a variety of roles.
Director of Residential Services
Steve has worked for over 25 years in housing management, spending 10 years as a freelance consultant. He has worked in both frontline and senior roles. Prior to the formation of the A2Dominion Group, he was Dominion Housing Group’s Group Director of Leasehold Services.
Director of Supported Housing
Pam has worked for housing associations for over 20 years. Prior to her current post, she held a number of senior roles at A2 Housing Group, the most recent being Head of Housing (Care & Support). Pam is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
Director of Housing
Dawn has more than 25 years' experience in the housing sector, including 10 years working at A2Dominion. Prior to her current role, Dawn was the Group's Area Director for London and also previously worked for Catalyst Housing Group in various housing management positions. Dawn holds a Chartered Management Institute Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Management.
